Zen Caregiving Project

Zen Caregiving Project is a non-profit organization based in San Francisco, California with over 30 years of experience in practicing and teaching mindfulness-based, compassionate caregiving. Our vision is a world in which every person is well cared for and valued. Our courses, workshops, and training support professional, family, clinical, and volunteer caregivers who care for persons at any stage of the journey with illness. Through our work, we provide a context for public discussion of caregiving, loss, and death.
